Magic Lemon Pie

Ingredients 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust ½ cup lemon juice

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs, separated ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar 4 tablespoons white sugar

Directions Mix sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks. Add lemon juice slowly and whisk until thickened and mixed. Put filling in crust.

Beat room-temperature egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy in another basin. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Carefully cover filling with meringue and seal.

For 6 minutes, bake meringue at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Cool. Keep leftovers in the fridge.
